About Greater Sudbury
The City of Greater Sudbury is centrally located in Northeastern Ontario at the convergence of three major highways. Sudbury is situated on the Canadian Shield in the Great Lakes Basin and is composed of a rich mix of urban, suburban, rural and wilderness environments. Greater Sudbury is 3,627 square kilometres in area, making it geographically the largest municipality in Ontario and second largest in Canada. Greater Sudbury is considered a city of lakes, containing 330 lakes and the largest lake contained within a city, Lake Wanapitei.
Sudbury Tourism
Sudbury Tourism is the Destination Marketing Organization for the City of Greater Sudbury. Located at Tom Davies Square at 200 Brady Street in Downtown Sudbury, we operate and maintain both toll-free and local telephone numbers and e-mail address. We provide information, tools and resources for visitors, partners, community stakeholders, and residents through:

- Brochure Rack Program
- Development of the official Sudbury Visitor Guide distributed throughout Ontario
