Shop Local – Don’t miss your chance to meet amazing artists and makers and shop their products at the Sudbury Market every Saturday at Science North, 100 Ramsey Lake Rd. from 10 AM – 2 PM or take part in the Downtown Sudbury Holiday Market, Saturdays until Dec. 11th.

Visit the Big Nickel – Sudbury’s iconic Big Nickel is getting in on the festive season. Every night between 5-10 pm, the Big Nickel lights up Red and Green making it a December to remember!

The Festival of Lights – Marvel at the stunning display of Christmas lights at the Festival of Lights, on the grounds of Science North, from the end of November to January.

Take in a Holiday Sleigh Ride – Visit Wagonwheel Ranch and enjoy a sleigh ride tour through scenic trails surrounded by beautiful Boreal forest. Warm-up by a crackling bonfire, roast some of your favourite treats, then visit some barnyard friends.

Get Into the Holiday Spirit – Take in Dickens’ A Christmas Carol from December 2 to 12 at the Sudbury Theatre Centre or the Sudbury Symphony Orchestra’s: The Nutcracker String Quartet, December 11th.
