Sudbury's Largest Yard and Sidewalk Sale is an annual community yard sale hosted by the Downtown Sudbury BIA.
Taking place on Larch Street(Between Durham and Elgin) and the adjancent municipal parking lot(#11) the yard sale boasts Live Entertainment, Free Admission, & Festival Foods.
The event is designed to provide high traffic space to those unable to host their own yard sale. Ie) those living in an apartment building or dorm room, those who live in rural areas of Sudbury and those who maybe only have about an 8ft table worth of wares to sell.

How do I become a vendor?:
Tables will be reserved on the completion/return of the registration form and fee. The Registration fee is $33.90(including tax) and includes one 8ft table. Any additional tables will be $11.30(including tax) each.
The Registration form is available to download below or to fill out in person at the Downtown Sudbury Office: 7 Cedar Street, Unit 102. Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
Can I set-up a tent/canopy?:
Tents and Canopies are restricted to a section of the event space inorder to keep the event accessible for everyone.(Wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, ect) If you intend to set-up a tent/canopy, please indicate such on your application form so that we can direct you to the proper space on the day of the event.
Independent Retailers / Sales Reps / MLM Business Models:
Indicate if you represent a business when you apply. Because the event is a 'Yard Sale' first and foremost, we will accept only one rep from any MLM type business that applies.
